澳洲几年工作经验发现这里绝大多数行业都缺乏竞争，有些行业如冰箱维修等简直就是漫天要价。

not only the fridge replace, i just have a plumping work done, only the water mixer, you can get a same one from K&D for 54 dollars, and they charge me 120 for the same water mixer, and the labour cost is 65 dollar per hour, WTF

before the plumber came, I went to K&D and ask " can I prepare a mixer for the plumbing work?" and sales said " you better let the plumber do it themselve, cause they always said the one you buy is not suitable"

double man! one same thing they charge me double!!!!

大家的眼光太局限了~难道只有塔洲的人才买塔洲的房子吗？就是因为价格上的差异，才造成澳洲大陆的乃至国际的买家来到塔洲。现在去市区30分钟在塔洲算远的了，3个卧室的均价30万左右，有些区才20万出头，我们这里只说HOUSE哦。悉尼，墨尔本你去打听一下，30分钟到市区，除非你去穷人区，没有4，50万谁理你啊。
醒醒吧，塔洲不是价格过高，而是价格过低，当然除了sandy bay区之外。人口的增长，移民的增加，你在高喊泡沫的时候，别人已经在买投资房了。我现在认识的几个留学生就做的非常好，他们已经还完或将要还完第一套房子，开始考虑买投资房了。这就是现实。
