Terrible pains

My physiotherapist was away today for a training course and I was treated by a locum physio.

As the thoracic brace had been taken off, my physio started massaging my back as part of the treatment.  This new physio did the same today. She said my back was like a sheet of rock and she was very strong in her hands during massaging.

When I got home, I had terrible pains in my neck and back, not to mention the headache.  I even had difficulty lifting my left hand.
