The house is very close to university, as well as woolworth, as you can google the map.
It is a four rooms' house sharing with five people, two toilets, housemates are from both Malaysia and Chinese, they are all very nice people. Free from pets and smoke.
This room is suitable for one people to live in, has got all the furniture inside the room and outside and no need to buy anything.
The whole house is very tidy and clean, the pictures will be uploaded later.
Sharing electricity and internet (100GB) with other housemates.
The room is available from now (would be early but a korea girl played a joke with us), so genuine and long term tenants only.
