租金AUD$120/per week,兩週付一次， 押金450，不包含網電，網絡可以跟另外一對中國情侶share，ive talked to them already, they are definitely sharing when they come back from china in feb. But if you are desperate, its negotiable to talk to them to start in jan. just have to contact them

電費可以變成三個月付一次或繼續現在的充電卡的方法, 可以跟另外一對中國情侶商量, since I was stayin for a short term, so we didn’t change that to a 3 months paid method but its always easy and just give the aurora company a call and can change straight away。
有洗衣機/廚房所有用具/微波爐/oven可使用，
兩間房內有衣櫃書桌x2, 鏡子+床頭櫃+暖爐，床跟matress

適合長住，若是住一兩個月只要再找人轉租即可，
