AIBT has 2 main types of international students – one looking towards academic pathways to universities, and the other interested in vocational training to gain a skill and be job ready. Established in 2015, AIBT today has recruited over 4,000 international students. To continue riding on to our success story, we require Sales Coordinator to help continue to position us in the market. You will be responsible to help deliver overall growth and long-term sustainability for AIBT.

Skills required:

·       High level English (written , speaking) skills required, and also Mandarin speaking competency preferred.
·       High level expert in Microsoft Excel and Word.
·       Market research.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in our Regional Sales and Marketing Manager and other schools to help deliver overall growth and long-term sustainability of AIBTGlobal.



·       Liaising with staff, students and educational agency partners for issuing of Letter of offers.
·       Signing up new onshore and offshore agency and prepare agency agreements.
·       Attend weekly commercial meeting.
·       Liaising with Course coordinator and students for Contacting no showing up orientation students or for change of course.
·       Need to travel to different campus (Interstate) based on requirement.
·       Dealing with walk in students and agents.
·       Effectively communicate with company different departments.
·       Coordinate with different academic teams/schools.
·       Various Data analysis and market researches on daily basis.
·       Managing databases and filing systems.
·       Organizing events, seminars and conferences if required
·       Reminding the Regional Sales Manager and BDMs of important tasks and deadlines.
·       Attending and participating in frequent sales meetings and regular training sessions.
·       Being responsible for cold calling and emailing possible clients on request from reporting managers.
·       Other duties shared between yourself and your managers.
Specific tasks include, but not limited to:

·       Managing contact with students on compliance with school's policy related to their responsibilities while studying with AIBT / AIBTI
·       Managing communication with the students on behalf of the faculty
·       Providing friendly and effective support, assistance and general advice to the students in person and on the phone/ by email on day to day issues
·       Ensuring all the training package requirements had been met by the student prior to issuing any qualification
·       Processing student and agent enquiries.
