The house is private and quiet and located away from the street and only two minutes walking distance from Woolworths. You'll share the house with two UTAS students.


We are looking for a clean and tidy person, preferable a single female.
The room is available on January 9, 2020, for a six-month lease with an option to extend. No couples. The room is fully-furnished.
