Shared room available for rent

We will have a shared room availble for rent starting from 7th of Dec 2019. The house is located on 42 Regent Street, Sandy Bay which is only less than 3 mins walk from Woolies and 7 mins walk from UTAS. The room is fully furnished. The weekly rent is $150 and four weeks bond is required. If you want to move out, please give at least 4 weeks notice in advance.
