Our place is a four-bedroom two-bathroom share house which is newly renovated last year with brand new carpet, kitchen, and bathrooms. There are only three females living in this large 4-bedroom house including you. I and my housemates signed the contract with the local estate agency Roberts in December last year. Our place is now fully-furnished, you don't need to bring any furniture or white goods except for your private stuff such as sheet and personal belongings. The rent is AUD208 per week which includes the Internet bill and water bill. Electricity bill is not included and it will be shared with the other housemates and calculated based on the average daily cost. My other two housemates all have jobs and are easy going. One of my housemates is European, so we talk in English at home.
