    我没有很熟的，不过我可以给你找到我的一个朋友曾经用过的一个人，我试着找找他的电话。你不要着急，就算找到了，人家也在放假，要等到new year 以后了。

Anyway, if you can recommend a good builder after new year, will be fantastic.

不好意思，我认识的那个人去度假了。他的朋友都不知道他具体什么时候回来。建议你去找一下黄页。先让他们来家里看一下，报个价。让他们把价钱写到纸上。再和其他的比较。不是越便宜越好哦。你要选那个比较忙的，他说不能立马就给你做的，证明很多人找他，这样的比较好。然后用报价中的最低价和这个人侃价。在敲定日期和整个施工时间，最好落实在纸上，让他签字。希望可以帮到你~
