• Registered BAS agent, and can lodge BAS via agent portal;
• Have ABN and Issue formal tax invoice;
• Have a full drivers license and own vehicle, able to pick up documents within the 35km radius of Hobart CBD;
• Have professional indemnity insurance
• Have First Aid Certificate, working with Vulnerable People Card and Current National Police Check;
• Perform full function of Account Receivable, Account Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll (including Payroll tax, Superannuation, EOY payroll summary), Fixed Asset Register, Inventory Management, Prepare and lodge of BAS, IAS, EOM and EOY accounts and trial balance;
• Demonstrated advanced skills in Excel, MYOB, QuickBooks and Xero, Cin7 and Astute payroll software,
• Design and perform complex and customized reports to analyse financial information;
• Analyse break-even budget, cash flow, commission and projection and provided findings to management for business operation purposes;Have Xero advisor certification and can provide training for Xero and basic taxation knowledge.
