    We the undersigned are of the opinion that justice has not been served by the light sentence made on 22 December 2008 by Justice Harper to two of the gang of hooligans who have callously murdered Dr. Zhongjun Cao. A term of 3 years in Youth Justice Centre is considered totally inadequate. We hereby give our names in support of an appeal.

没有死刑的制度真的是很可怕的。。。罪犯根本不会害怕。。。也从没想过会被偿命啊。。。原本从人道主义出发而非除死刑~反而会让罪犯觉得杀害一个无辜的人~最多被判几年。。。这对遇害者及其家属都是很不公平的。。。希望大家能联合起来。。。让罪犯得到应有的惩罚。。。
