whether is real m3 or not, go put your foot on the accelerator, then make a 90 degree turn at the speed of 60km/h , you'll notice the acceleration and handling........

but by the looks of the engine capacity of 3.2lt, it should be real.   i'm sure that 3.2 lt straight 6 cylinder engine is definately the engine of E46 M3, pumps out 252kw of power. not 100% sure about this E36 though. it might have been 3.0lt for the E36, then again chances are this one is a limited edition E36 with a 3.2lt engine......

best way, go chech the car out in person, then take the car out for a spin to BMW dealers to verify:)
