想给大家普及意识知识,一般Penthouse在Apartment的楼顶,是其他楼层价钱不能相比的。

这个是在realestate上面卖的旁边的房子是72号,asking price是$1,599,500,楼主卖的是71号。
还有我想一般房子的价钱也不可能是楼主一个人想卖多少钱卖多少钱的,所以大家也不用攻击个人。
还有看到楼上有说佣金的问题,卖东西当然有佣金了啊,要不挣什么钱啊,但是能卖出去才是硬道理。
大家在外面挣钱都不容易,大家都互相理解一下吧。我不认识楼主也没见过,不过越来越多的华人能投入到本地市场是件好事。
