我表哥和表嫂住在墨尔本，在考虑离婚。我在墨尔本领事馆的网站上找不到有提供办
离婚服务。请问该如何做? 谢谢。

离婚好像很麻烦。。。还得财产公证之类的。。。

In Australia, the Family Law Courts handle divorce cases for both Australian citizens and permanent residents.

You can apply for a divorce in Australia if either you or your spouse:

    * regard Australia as your home and intend to live in Australia indefinitely, or
    * are an Australian citizen by birth, descent or by grant of Australian citizenship, or
    * ordinarily live in Australia and have done so for 12 months immediately before filing for divorce.
