l Position Summary

WiseCube Technology(Consulting) is seeking an all-rounded,highly motivated and dedicated Operation Coordinator to support our businessteam. Our business is currently in the stage of upgrading and transformation,and we need an experienced candidate in day to day operation support.

l Your new role

You are a well-rounded OperationCoordinator with attention to numbers, accuracy, and analyze and comparevarious types of data on projects to support future decisions of our business. Youneed have good interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal), preferablyin training and presentation.

Essential skills andexperience:

· Proficient data entry skillswith a high level of accuracy

· Experience in Training andPresentation would be advantageous

· Perform all reception workand provide high quality client’s service

· Well-developed timemanagement skills coupled with an ability to manage simultaneous tasks withcompeting demands and multiple deadlines

· DingTalk or Larkimplementation (highly desirable)

· Experience in purchasingorder, material management and customer management

· The ability to applystandard policies, processes and procedures

· Producing documents andreports for manager

· Adapt to mobile and flexibleschedules, work from home and office, and travel within and across states

· Initiative and beself-driven with the ability to prioritise
