We have one spare room that comes with a private bathroom to rent out in a spacious and brand new house on Warwick Street in North Hobart, plus an off-street parking spot. The house is private and quiet and located away from the street and only two minutes walking distance from Woolworths. You'll share the house with two UTAS students.

We are looking for a clean and tidy person, preferable a single female.
The room is available on January 9, 2020, for a six-month lease with an option to extend. No couples. The room is fully-furnished.
Price $250 per week，negotiable

4 weeks rent bond with a contract with the Roberts Real estate agency.

四室一厅两卫，炊具，冰箱洗衣机微波炉，电视空调，家具齐全，只需携带自己个人用品和床。全家加上你住满才三个人，超大客厅，$250刀/周，分摊电网费。

长租时间1.9号起长租半年，半年后可与中介联系续约，可商议入住时间(可提前入住）。

室友说英文，可练习口语，想招一个爱干净，安静不开趴的室友，prefer单身。
