代local房东发帖. 房东是朗赛当地人，非常有素质，在本地大公司上班。
坐标大学校区附近，开车到mowbray center 6分钟
大床大衣柜大书桌电视柜和大tv 房间面积大概 25平方米
3扇落地窗

厨房也大，从来不拥挤，因为其他租客都不喜做饭。所以你有足够时间空间做饭。
厕所有2个，浴室1个，而且都是分开的。所以洗澡上厕所也不用担心打架。

房子是山景房，采光和view都超级棒。并且房子不在斜坡上，开车回家上班都非常平稳。
自带3个车库

适合有工作的单人或者couple合租
单人180 包水电
couple220 包水电
网费单独交，每个月$15

起租日期 11月28日或者29日。6个月起租。可以电话或者短信联系我。最好先做个自我介绍，准备好您的相关证件，因为local房东比较在意这些资质问题。

The rent includes water and electricity while the internet is excluded ($15 per month).
