Job Description:

Working under financial accountants, assistant accountant isan entry-level position that involved a lot of general and administrativetasks, as well as providing support for other accountants. Assistantaccountants are expected to help with and have a basic understanding of:

• MYOB dataentry

• Accountreceivables

• Payroll

• Monthlybank reconciliations

• BAS preparation

Dutiesand Responsibilities accountant:

-Checking and tracking down travel vouchers and daily records against billsreceived to assist with account payable;
- Checking invoices against tour bookings andassist with account receivable;
- Weekly reconciliation of cash account;
- MYOB journal entries and payroll;
- Monthly bank reconciliation;
- Helping with quarterly BAS preparation andlodgement;
- Performing administration tasks if required –answering phones calls and helping with customer service.

工作描述：
Book keeper , assistant accountant, Tour Booking

要求：
会计本科以上毕业，有相关工作经验者优先

有较强的英语沟通能力，能够跟老外无障碍交流。
