We currently have one spacious rooms with a study room available to share on David Ave, Sandy Bay, Hobart.

200/week. Price negotiable. Fixed long-term preferred.

Our share house is perfectly located. It take only 3 mins walk to UTAS and you can literally reach everywhere in Sandy Bay within walking distance. There are plenty bus routes nearby as well.

Car parking included

Fully furnished with washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster and some other kitchen appliances.

Room is furnished with beds, mattress, desk, chair, closet and more.

We currently have three tenants, they are lovely UTAS full-time student.

The rent includes water bill, while all occupier share the electricity and internet bills. (Approx. $20/week but depends on the usage)
