We have a fully furnished room for rent until approximately end of May 2017 (This can be extended marginally if required.) in our large five bedroom house (one bedroom is used as an office).

House Features include:

*Amazing views.
*Very low power bills (Solar hot water, LED lighting, heatpump)
*Only 10minutes walk from university
*Buses pickup just outside the house twice per hour to UTAS and city.

House is at 215 Nelson road with a family of two adult and a toddler (One Chinese Malaysian - one Australian 他会说一点点中文 {:soso_e100:}). The room is fully furnished.
